For best performance, PCs need tuning like any other equipment, eg car, etc. Then there are suspects but no proven rationale to suggest going there, only so many rocks can be turned over looking for the guilty. The Trend Micro Anti-Spam Toolbar only works for the primary account of your Microsoft Outlook 2010.
