How To Fix Invalid Boot.ini Windows Xp
I hated the thought of doing it since this would be the second time in 5-6 years . BTW, i came across a small cd disk that my vendor had sent me...forgot i had it. I installed it into the root dir of my C drive and now i cannot get into windows. Another live cd which may be of use for you is NTFS4DOS which is a Dos like system. i do not want to install xp and lose everything and yet if i pick recovery console i am told that i would lose everything...so there doesnt seem to be a Have you tried this?..... The vendor told me h0w to get into editor and fix the problem...so i was able to see my boot file, added attributes and the editor comes back telling me that Would u know if i can handle my problem with it, before attempting the swap?
