So I have tried copying, deleting etc the userinit and wsaupdater files with no success so I thought I needed to fix the registry. i am really thank to you.. If you copy userinit from CD to system32 folder it will not work. Changing the resgistry was no option as you need to have 2 computers logged in to network eachother.
